New Real Estate Show Will Offer a Glimpse into New York’s Most Expensive Listing

Central Park Tower’s $250 million penthouse will be featured in a new reality series hosted by celebrity broker Ryan Serhant. The series began filming on Friday, May 26th. The residence is in the tallest residential condominium tower in the world, reports the New York Post. This sky-scraping home sits at 1,416 feet above street level and is currently the most expensive sale within the city limits. The 17,545 square foot spread opens on the 129th floor, offering panoramic views of Central Park and beyond.

Billionaires’ Row Condominium in Contract for $75 Million

Nearby, at 220 Central Park South, a 6,000 square foot penthouse is in contract for $75 million, reports the Wall Street Journal. The property could be one of the most expensive homes to sell in New York this year if it closes at that price. Limited liability company 220 CPS 64, which currently owns the residence, stands to make over $20 million in profit from the sale. The new buyer will have such amenities as private dining rooms, a juice bar, and a golf simulator.

The Agency Launches Upper West Side Condominium Project

The Agency announced it will represent 15 West 96th Street, also called “Fifteen.” This will be the firm’s first luxury condominium in the city. The tower, developed by Sackman Enterprises and designed by SLCE Architects, is the tallest development to debut this close to Central Park in six years. Fifteen’s one-to-five bedroom residences offer private outdoor space, and list from $1.595 million to over $20 million. Interiors feature white oak flooring throughout, chef’s kitchens with Bertazzoni Master Series appliances, bathrooms outfitted with custom Italian marble, and wiring for smart home technology. The Agency’s Shane Boyle will lead sales.
