Fort Lauderdale’s Long-Awaited Pier Sixty-Six Launches Sales from $3 Million

Fort Lauderdale’s anticipated Pier Sixty-Six waterfront condominium development, a series of 62 residences spread across several buildings helmed by Tavistock Development Company, has officially launched sales. Buyer options include an 11-story building with a collection of 31 luxury homes ranging from 2,700 to 2,800 square feet with private pools in every residence, as well as two four-story resort buildings with a combined 31 luxury homes ranging from 1,600 to 3,800 square feet. Prices start at $3 million. 

“There’s truly nothing like The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six on the Eastern Seaboard,” says Craig Collin, chief operating officer at Tavistock Development Company. “Offering owners a unique collection of sophisticated residences, a world-class marina, and premier resort amenities, The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six will be one of the finest marine communities in the world.”

Each home will allow owner customization and offer kitchens with appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf, 10-foot-high ceilings, semiprivate elevators, and expansive balconies. In addition to full use of the resort amenities, including all restaurants and lounges, a lavish spa, and recreation areas, owners will have dedicated concierge services to facilitate VIP reservations, marina arrangements, and in-residence services that include catering, entertaining, and housekeeping. Other perks include a wellness lounge with a water grotto, a multilevel pool deck, and a club room with a private restaurant and lounge.

Construction is expected to wrap up in 2024.

Two-Story Penthouse at Château Beach Residences in Sunny Isles Beach Lists for $35 Million 

A fully furnished two-story penthouse at Château Beach Residences in Florida’s Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood has made its way to the market with a $35 million price tag. The stunning residence spans the entire 32nd and 33rd floors of the building, with a sweeping 13,573 square feet of space, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, and high-end finishes like custom millwork, Italian furnishings, and chandeliers from Lasvit. A 4,523-square-foot wraparound terrace is appointed with an outdoor pool deck, a private swimming pool, and furniture by DEDON.

Ben Stiller Sells $14.5 Million West Village Condominium

Actor, director, and Meet the Parents star Ben Stiller has found a buyer for his 3,400-square-foot apartment at 150 Charles Street in Manhattan, reports the Wall Street Journal. The four-bedroom home features a private elevator vestibule, a great room that overlooks the Hudson River, and an expansive kitchen with a breakfast nook and 78-bottle wine fridge.

Stiller paid $15.3 million for the home in 2016 and listed it earlier this month for $14.5 million. The apartment sold for an undisclosed amount. A fitness center, juice bar, spa, and 75-foot swimming pool are among the amenities offered at 150 Charles Street.

Tallest Penthouse in Fort Lauderdale Hits Market for $6.3 Million

A two-story penthouse atop 100 Las Olas, the tallest residential tower in Fort Lauderdale, has hit the market for $6.3 million. Penthouse 4603 occupies the 45th and 46th levels, comprising a combined 5,254 square feet of space across its two floors. The four-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath abode is delivered fully furnished and boasts stunning 20-foot-high walls of glass with panoramic views in the great room, an expansive open chef’s kitchen with cabinetry by ITALKRAFT, a gracious owner’s suite with a private patio, and a dramatic curved terrace that overlooks the city’s skyline. In its current configuration, Penthouse 4603 offers a split-plan layout that allows for privacy among owners and guests.

Future owners of Penthouse 4603 will enjoy access to amenities at the Hyatt Centric hotel, which occupies the lower portion of 100 Las Olas. Perks include a fitness center, a rooftop pool, a private residents’ club room with a catering kitchen and bar, and a casual newsroom.

Lebron James Purchases $9 Million Abode at Miami’s Estates at Acqualina

Los Angeles Lakers star Lebron James is the new owner of a luxury condominium on the 43rd floor of the Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, reports The Real Deal. James paid $9 million for the home, though the size and square footage of his specific purchase have yet to be revealed. The two-tower development was completed this summer and offers a 45,000-square-foot “amenities villa” with a bowling alley and skating rink.
