Upper West Side’s Boutique 96+Broadway Launches Sales from $1.395 Million
Sales are underway at the new 23-story building at 250 West 96th Street between Riverside Park and Central Park on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The luxury condominium building, dubbed 96+Broadway, was crafted by Thomas Juul-Hansen, and its mix of 131 one- through five-bedroom residences embraces elements of European design via extra-wide European white oak flooring, kitchens with Italian-crafted oak cabinets and drawers, Juliet balconies, and arched terraces.
“This is a building that is meant to last,” says Juul-Hansen. “96+Broadway was created with practicality and design excellence at heart, maximizing the quality of living for all residents who choose to call it home through generous floor plans, top-tier materials, and master craftsmanship.”
96+Broadway will offer an impressive amenities package, with a grand 75-foot saltwater pool, a fully equipped fitness center and Pilates room, a regulation squash court with basketball hoop, a children’s playroom, and a music room furnished with a grand piano, keyboard, electronic drum set, and guitars. Outdoors, an elegantly landscaped rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the New York skyline and the Hudson River, along with an outdoor cinema and dining areas. Prices start at $1.395 million for one bedroom.
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills to Debut in 2024 with Record-Setting Prices
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced plans for the brand’s first standalone residential condominium development in California. The Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will rise on Santa Monica Boulevard and consist of 17 ultraluxury residences designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. Each home will include private elevator access, indoor and outdoor living areas, and chef’s kitchens with double islands. Apartments will range from an impressive 3,000 to over 7,000 square feet, and select residences will come with large terraces outfitted with outdoor kitchens, wet bars, and fire pits.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the largest home at Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills—a 7,300-square-foot abode with a private pool and a 2,500-square-foot terrace—could ask as much as $40 million, a record-setting price for the region’s condominium market. Sales are expected to launch in 2023, and completion is anticipated in 2024.
Robert A.M. Stern’s Claremont Hall in Morningside Heights Launches Sales from $1.2 Million
A 41-story condominium building, situated within the campus of Union Theological Seminary (UTS) in Manhattan’s Morningside Heights neighborhood, has launched sales on its 165 one- to four-bedroom residences, with prices going from $1.2 million. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Claremont Hall will offer apartments with square footage between 700 and 2,765 square feet, along with three penthouses that measure even larger. The homes feature European white oak flooring, open kitchens with appliances by Bosch, oversized windows, and unparalleled views of the Hudson River and surrounding neighborhood. Select homes are slated to include private outdoor terraces or loggias that look out on the city’s skyline.
Once fully constructed, Claremont Hall will also provide approximately 54,000 square feet of classrooms, academic offices, and faculty-designated apartments. The new building is targeting the U.S. Green Building Council standards for LEED Gold Certification.
Peek Inside Paramount Miami Worldcenter’s Sweeping $8.4 Million Penthouse
New renderings give a glimpse into the sprawling 55th-floor penthouse at Paramount Miami Worldcenter, currently asking $8.4 million. Spanning 4,375 square feet across two floors, Penthouse 5500 boasts four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, double-height ceilings, and a den for added living space. A sculptural staircase connects the two floors, while an open kitchen includes a large island and integrated appliances, and massive windows provide panoramic views of the city’s skyline.
The Paramount is lauded for its plethora of amenities that include everything from the country’s first outdoor soccer field in a high-rise residential building to its five pools, recording studio, and boxing studio with a tai chi deck.

ONE11 Residences at Thompson Central Park is unveiling its teaser site ahead of its sales launch this fall. Located on the top nine floors of the Thompson Central Park New York hotel at 111 West 56th Street in Midtown Manhattan, the exclusive collection of 99 condominium residences is a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, as well as a few penthouses. Interiors are being handled by renowned architect Thomas Juul-Hansen. Price ranges have not yet been announced.
