The 55-story glass tower is designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of award-winning firm Arquitectonica, and will soar 649 feet high. The tower’s design responds to its waterfront location and showcases a “crystalline moon-like glass prism” that alludes to a moonlit Biscayne Bay. EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater merges this contemporary aesthetic with an array of secret gardens and greenery designed by landscape architecture firm EDSA to encapsulate the feeling of a tropical oasis.
Edgewater is one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods; it’s also newly up-and-coming. Bounded by the Performing Arts District to the south, the Miami Design District to the north, Midtown and Wynwood to the west, and Biscayne Bay to the east, it seems inevitable that this area would be prime for new development. But part of Edgewater’s charm is that it maintains a true neighborhood vibe, with walkable streets, plenty of parks, and local cafes and restaurants like Sabor a Peru, Mamma Leone Bakery, and Rincon Escondido Tapas. Its bayfront location means direct access to the boardwalk, which runs all the way to Downtown Miami.
Each of the 185 residences features interiors meticulously designed by acclaimed interior design firm Studio Munge, led by Alessandro Munge, that aim to exude warmth and tranquility. Residences will range between 1,952 and 3,862 square feet, each with a private foyer and elevator entry, ceilings between 10 and 14 feet high, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, and kitchens with custom European-style cabinetry. For seamless indoor-outdoor living, homes will boast spacious terraces with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami Beach skyline. Additionally, EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater will feature three expansive trilevel penthouses, each with a private rooftop pool and gardens.
EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater’s generous amenities package will span more than 45,000 square feet of space, all managed and operated by EDITION.
