Mandarin Oriental Residences Fifth Avenue delivers everything you’ve come to expect from the world-class hotel group but with one key difference: there are no guests. Instead, expect turnkey residences designed by global firm MAWD and outfitted with everything you need—or could possibly imagine needing. In addition to the rooftop pool, the private restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, and the prime location, moments from luxury boutiques, cultural landmarks, and Central Park, you have all the comforts of home with none of the upkeep.

About Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue
This Beaux-Arts building, originally constructed in the 1920s by architects Sloan & Robertson, was once home to Gucci’s headquarters. Under the oversight of Marin Architects, it has been renovated and expanded to accommodate an exclusive collection of turnkey homes and five stories of luxury retail. It takes its rich architectural heritage as a jumping-off point, adding contemporary additions (such as sprawling outdoor terraces) that place it firmly in the 21st century.
Midtown is both the heart of the business district and a center for the arts. Known as the home of global corporate headquarters, Midtown presents intoxicating variety. To the north are Central Park, Michelin-star restaurants, Fifth Avenue’s world-class shopping, and cultural institutions like the Museum of Modern Art. The south is anchored by beautiful green spaces like Bryant Park and Madison Square Park. The east is a dynamic blend that includes Rockefeller Center and the United Nations Headquarters. Venture further west in Midtown, and entertainment is abundant at Madison Square Garden and in the Theater District, while Hell’s Kitchen offers access to quaint eateries and the Hudson River Greenway.
There are just 69 residences, including junior suites with Juliet balconies, well-proportioned two-bedroom apartments, and palatial penthouses. Crafted by MAWD, these unparalleled homes pair historic architectural details with top-of-the-line finishes and furnishings. From Molteni kitchens to custom Dornbracht fixtures, from mattresses fitted with Frette linens to spa-like bathrooms stocked with Acqua di Parma products, no detail has been overlooked.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is known for its amenities—and it does not disappoint here. Three levels of amenities include Fifth Avenue’s only rooftop pool as well as a gorgeous wellness and fitness center, as well as the first ever private restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud. And then, of course, there’s the location, in the heart of Midtown Manhattan with fine dining and cultural landmarks at your doorstep and Central Park just a short stroll away.
