The Perfect Pairing: Exclusive Residences and Luxury Hotel Brands

By: LX Collection

The turquoise waters, broad beaches, and tropical breezes of Miami entice residents and investors from all over the world. Some of the most discerning buyers are drawn to the area’s opulent condominium residences that are branded and managed by world-class luxury hotels.

Branded residences come in a variety of forms. Some privately owned condominiums and villas are integrated into or adjacent to full-service resorts, providing access to hotel services and amenities in addition to private facilities for owners only. These homes offer the option of joining the hotel’s rental pool to generate revenue.

Other hotel-branded residences are exclusive, private developments with deluxe concierge services and amenities for owners only. Rental policies are determined by the condominium owners’ association.

Buyers can expect the monthly fees, rules, and restrictions that typically come with condominium ownership. When evaluating a branded residence, some factors to consider are the location, the brand’s reputation, access to amenities, rental policies, and the company that manages the property.

Whether a residence is part of a resort or a private development, ownership is associated with the prestige of the hotel brand, its reputation for property management, and the caliber of services and amenities provided.

Below are some of Miami’s most exclusive hotel-branded residences.
