Morris Adjmi-Designed Condominium in Dumbo Unveils Its Interiors 

Front & York, the Morris Adjmi-designed condominium building transforming a full block at 85 Jay Street in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood, is showing off its interiors and three new model residences designed by ASH Staging. 

Featuring neutral-colored furnishings with pops of color, the model homes complement the interiors’ refined finishes, including the natural materials, custom cabinetry, and divided-light windows with views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines. 

Just 22 of the building’s 408 residences are currently available, with prices ranging from $1.13 million for a 631-square-foot home with one bedroom to $4.51 million for a three-bedroom penthouse spanning more than 1,600 square feet. The robust amenity package at Front & York includes a sweeping 77,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness club, a coworking lounge, a music room, an outdoor pool with cabanas, a party lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, and more.

Condominium at Boston’s Tallest Residential Tower Lists for $38 Million

A five-bedroom condominium occupying the 58th floor of the 61-story Four Seasons Private Residences One Dalton Street in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood has hit the market, seeking $38 million. Per the Wall Street Journal, the more than 7,800-square-foot residence is being sold by Florence Rosse, whose late husband, Thomas Rosse, was an investor and founder of a medical device company. The couple purchased two adjacent residences in 2020 and spent two years combining them, though they never lived there. 

The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the city’s skyline, a catering kitchen and family kitchen, wide walnut plank floors, a home gym, and four parking spaces included in the sale. If acquired for its asking price, this home would become one of the most expensive condominiums ever sold in Boston.

The highly anticipated conversion of The Wales, a historic hotel in Manhattan’s Carnegie Hill neighborhood, is complete, and a first look at its model residence gives a glimpse of what the building’s 20 two- to four-bedroom residences, designed by Parisian firm Cabinet Alberto Pinto, have to offer.

Residence 7B is a spacious 2,379-square-foot, half-floor abode with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, and a $6.895 million price tag. Its sleek custom kitchen is outfitted with a white lacquer island, matching custom cabinetry with an art deco-inspired geometric pattern, and integrated appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf. 

Residents of The Wales will enjoy perks that include an elegant 24-hour attended lobby with coffered ceilings and a custom walnut and marble concierge desk, an oak-paneled fitness center with Peloton and Hydrow equipment, a pet spa with a grooming station, bicycle storage, and private storage for purchase.

In Barcelona, a Stunning Duplex Residence Along the Mediterranean Sea Asks $6.07 Million

Renowned French architect Odile Decq has debuted Antares, a newly constructed luxury residential tower located near the Mediterranean Sea in Barcelona, Spain. Antares is Decq’s first residential project and features a bold facade with curved terraces and a red, black, and white color scheme. The 26-story building houses 88 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with several duplexes and penthouses.

Duplex 22.03 & 23.03, a stunning four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence with bespoke interior design by Decq, is currently available, seeking €6,200,000 (US $6.07 million). The home offers an open layout that spans nearly 4,100 square feet with an additional 1,100 square feet of outdoor space across four expansive private terraces with sea and city views. Duplex 22.03 & 23.03 also boasts high-quality bamboo timber flooring throughout, a kitchen with a custom island and appliances by Miele, bathrooms with natural marble, and an intelligent home system that allows residents to control the temperature throughout the home.

$17.75 Million Triplex Penthouse Is Brickell’s Most Expensive Condominium Sale

A three-story penthouse atop OKO Group and Cain International’s Una Residences, a 47-story ultraluxury tower under construction in Miami’s Brickell enclave, just sold for a record $17.75 million, making it the highest-priced condominium sale in the neighborhood. The 7,084-square-foot residence sold at $2,506 per square foot and includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a media room, a study, and a private internal elevator accessing all three floors of the residence. Additionally, the penthouse features nearly 2,900 square feet of outdoor space, with two private rooftop pools—a lap pool and plunge pool—a summer kitchen, sauna, and steam room.

Designed by architects Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG), Una Residences is composed of 135 condominiums with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Downtown Miami skyline. Completion is anticipated in 2024.
