Developers Unveil Bal Harbour’s First New Condominium Building in Over a Decade

A new set of renderings shows what developers Related Group, Two Roads Development, and Rockpoint have in store for the anticipated Skidmore, Owings & Merrill-designed condominium building in South Florida’s exclusive Bal Harbour enclave, where 61 sky villas will take shape within a glassy, ovular 275-foot tower that is inspired by a crystalline coral reef. The tower’s amenity package emphasizes a focus on wellness and includes a fitness pavilion with panoramic views, a hammam spa with plunge pools, a cocktail lounge, a VR game simulator and kids’ playroom, and landscaped gardens.
