The celebrated hospitality brand introduces its first luxury condominium to Boston’s Seaport district. Located on the last remaining residential waterfront site on the Boston Harbor, St. Regis Residences, Boston is the first condominium development in Boston to offer five-star branded residences without an attached hotel. The building boasts its own pedestrian pier, providing residents with unobstructed views and direct access to Boston Harbor from Seaport Boulevard, as well as access to the seaport’s marinas, ferries, and seaplanes.
Developed By Cronin Development
Boston-based firm Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the 22-story building, drawing inspiration from the city’s seafaring history. Its glass facade and twisting shape evoke a ship’s sails and curved bow, along with the movement of water. Homes at the St. Regis Residences, Boston are equipped with Swiss-designed, floor-to-ceiling “air-lux” window system technologies, consisting of large sliding doors operated by the push of a button and used for the first time in any residential development in the United States.
Located directly on Boston Harbor, this waterfront property is the first condominium development in Boston to offer five-star branded residences and services without an attached hotel. Nestled in the heart of Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, One Dalton Street is a soaring 61-story tower—the city’s tallest residential building—which is home to a 215-room hotel and 160 residences on floors 26 through 61. Designed by the late Henry N. Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and Gary Johnson of CambridgeSeven, the 742-foot skyscraper is LEED Silver certified and lauded for its triangular facade that accents its historic surroundings, as well as its juxtaposition of scales that demonstrate how a tall building can respond creatively to the need for urban growth while respecting its setting.
