Situated within the campus of Union Theological Seminary (UTS)—a globally respected, 180-year-old center of theological education in Manhattan’s Morningside Heights neighborhood—Claremont Hall is a 41-story, mixed-use condominium building designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Its 165 one- to four-bedroom residences vary in size from 700 to 2,765 square feet, with three yet-to-be-revealed penthouses that are expected to measure even larger. Claremont Hall will also provide more than 54,000 square feet of distinguished classrooms, academic offices, and faculty-designated apartments, packaged in a structure that targets U.S. Green Building Council standards for LEED Gold Certification.
