Designed by Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, known for the Bird’s Nest in China, Tate Modern in London, and Perez Museum of Art in Miami, this 56-story tower has a lightness that belies its concrete construction. In the amenity spaces, the French designer combined a clean white palette with accents inspired by sun, sand, and sea; soaring spaces with intimate alcoves; and midcentury modern furnishing with lavish materials. The overall vibe is crisp and comfortable—a sensibility that continues in the 192 residences, which range in size from one bedroom to palatial penthouses. All have floor-through plans with ocean and city views, terraces that expand the living space by 30%, top-of-the-line appliances by Gaggenau and Sub-Zero, and custom Pierre-Yves Rochon (PYR) bathrooms.
